“In Opus Dei there are people from all social backgrounds. There are rich people and there are poor people.... which is great. Because there’s room for rich and poor, healthy and sick... And if someone says to me, ‘Can I be in Opus Dei, though I’m an invalid?’ I’ll tell them, ‘Yes, you can, if you’ve got a vocation’,” he explained in answer to a question at a gathering in Santiago, Chile.
