Someone in my family was applying for a very important post. I prayed to St. Josemaria every day that she would get it, if it was best for her. She got the job. I always say that St. Josemaria got her the job. Now there is a major problem: because of the economic crisis, posts are being cut, and she is set to lose her job at the end of June. I know that won’t happen, because St. Josemaria got her the job and he won’t abandon her. (...) She is very good, very hard-working and has a great sense of responsibility, and I know that St. Josemaria isn’t going to abandon her. Maybe all this suffering is so that she will end up closer to where the rest of the family lives, so she won’t be so lonely.
Saying St. Josemaria’s prayer brings me so much peace. I find that reading the Novena for Work also helps me a lot. I pray for her and for all my family members and friends who are unemployed, and also for those who are working. The Novena for Work is really beautiful, it fills my soul with joy every day.
There are already 5 or 6 people who have got jobs, and, more importantly, are still working.
