My husband is a brilliant worker with lots of experience, but in the last few years, because of the economic crisis, which severely affected his field, work became so scarce that we had to ask for loans from banks and from relations.
Constantly, untiringly, we prayed to our Lady and to St. Josemaria. Specifically, on the first day of each month we began a Novena for Work (...)
We carried on like that till May, and on May 9, the last day of the novena, when the situation was desperate, my husband got a job that exactly matched all we were asking for in the novena: an honest, worthwhile, permanent job in the service of others, which enables him to develop his talents, giving the best of himself. I am writing this testimony as a representation of so many prayers, worries and tears, to thank our Blessed Lady and St Josemaria, and to encourage people who find themselves in similar circumstances not to despair, but to keep praying trustingly and tirelessly.
